An Agreement for Work with Ingunn Ytterhus

Breathwork is a healing technique using your breath to move energy within your body. It can unblock the flow of energy creating a variety of effects. Such effects can include (but are not limited to) the following: tightness in hands, mouth, or tension in parts of the body during the session accompanied by emotional releases.

The client agrees that using any of these mentoring or Breathwork services is entirely at his/her own risk. These services are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including without limitation any warranty for information services, mentoring, uninterrupted access, or products and services provided through or in connection with the service. This service is requested at the client’s own choice and with inherent singular responsibility.

The client agrees that the use of all, or part, of the service is entirely at the client’s own risk. Any actions or lack of actions, taken by the client of such advice is done so solely by choice and responsibility of the client and is neither the responsibility nor liability of Ingunn Ytterhus.

The client accepts full responsibility waiving all rights to liability or any claims against Ingunn Ytterhus. The client, his/her/their parent/guardian, or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Ingunn Ytterhus, for any injury, harm, or death caused by either negligence or other acts. The client has read and understood this form and all its contents, and the client voluntarily agrees to the terms and conditions stated above.

PLEASE ALWAYS CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR IF YOU ARE UNSURE IF BREATHWORK IS RIGHT FOR YOU. Nothing has ever happened but we are gently reminding you of some advisories that exist. You are advised not to do breathwork if any of the following relates to you: have a severe mental illness, diagnosis of schizophrenia, seizure disorders or are using major medications, or blood-thinning medicine, are in your first trimester of pregnancy, and have not experienced breathwork before, significant recent physical injuries or surgery, significant history of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Nothing in, on, downloaded from, or sold on this website, including but not limited to breathwork classes and all of our other materials, shall be intended to be used as a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, medical treatment, or therapy.
