Sometimes We Believe Things for So long They Just Settle in And Stay.

What would happen if you allowed yourself to change your mind and question the things you believe?

Would things be different?

What would you do if you knew that you were enough? What would you do if you knew that you were always enough and always have been enough?

What would you do if you knew that you didn’t have to prove yourself to anyone? That you didn’t need anyone’s validation and that you are valid just as you are?

Would things be different if you knew that you were never supposed to live in fear?

What would you do if the things you have believed for so long actually turned out not to be true? Would things be different?

Read that again and grab your journal. Start writing down what comes to mind and notice how these questions make you feel, what they make you think about. This is the subtle yet powerful first step into reconnecting with ourselves.
