Transformational Breathwork
is an active meditation technique that allows you to connect with your breath and clear stuck energy in the body and mind. It allows you to feel where your blocks reside and actively move through them, creating a portal for deeper personal connection and healing.

Things worth knowing
This is a workshop that is open to anyone and everyone who is open to this type of experience. However, if you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, have high blood pressure, have cardiovascular problems, or are taking antipsychotic medication, please consult your doctor first. It is not recommended to eat a heavy meal at least one hour before attending class. Please refrain from any mind-altering substances within the last 24 hours of attending the workshop.

What to bring (optional): Besides an open mind and a willingness to open your heart, these are some optional things for you to bring to the workshop: yoga mat (also available at the studio), warm and comfortable clothes, eye pillow, scarf, or sweater to cover the eyes and block out any light and distractions, water bottle, pen, and paper to record any downloads and insights at the end.
