THE PRACTICE
The below audio recording begins with a short introduction, followed by suggestions and invitations for creating a supportive and nurturing space for yourself and your practice before we begin the active 3-part breathing meditation. For this specific practice, you will be breathing in and out through the mouth for the entirety of the session, I will both demonstrate and breathe with you at the start of this recording.
