I believe we all want to be seen and feel like we belong. To feel loved. To feel that we are enough. To have the courage to go after the things we want, the things that truly matter. For our work to feel good and be meaningful. To feel that we matter. To feel happy and inspired. To use our voice and express our values. To feel good with our bodies. To feel connected to our life. To know who we truly are.

I believe we can all embody that, and more, if we are willing to transform our fear of feeling and set our heart free.

This day retreat is an invitation to experience what happens when we are willing to allow ourselves to intimately explore what resides within, confront what we have been hiding from, and listen to the whispers of our heart and soul.
