Through visualisation, we enter into the body’s natural state of being, the opposite of being in a constant fight or flight response we so often get into, without the interference of the rational mind, where your ability to visualise and daydream lies, to ignite positive changes on a subconscious level and create changes from the inside out.
By combining these two, which are two of the most effective, powerful, and transformational practices I know of, we can change our thoughts and emotions, come back into alignment with who we were truly designed to be and as a result create the changes we desire.
