What you Really Need is Not What You Think You Need.


Nothing truly grows and flourishes — ⁣
nothing truly blooms and becomes part of your reality ⁣
—without compassion; ⁣
without your personal investment and commitment towards yourself — ⁣
from a place of compassion for yourself. ⁣

Nothing will really be enough, feel good enough, be what you want it to be long enough if you never anchor into your own compassion towards yourself. ⁣

Self-compassion could look like ⁣
‘I accept myself truly and fully’⁣
‘I am enough’⁣
‘I am worthy of love’⁣
‘I allow myself to feel all of my feelings’⁣
‘I trust and support my own choices’ ⁣
‘My needs are valid’⁣

While feeling and choosing self-compassion isn’t always easy as we’ve collectively been programmed to seek external validation, fulfillment, and belonging, and fear rejection and isolation, it is still possible, and very much necessary. ⁣
